Polestar thursday earnings, 1B + revenue q4 expected. Market cap only 10B

Fisker does 300k revenue, and is worth 2b and up 10% now? Does it make sense?

Polestar gross profit margin 2/3%+ Lucid and rivian -171 and -213%

Polestar does x2 car sells from rivian and lucid combined! And have a 226m share float available

So i am asking, is everybody here so dumb or whats the case?

Fisker once went bankrupt in 2013 and will bc again. I dont care who buys polestar will be rich soon.

>It doesn't make sense to me why Polestar is worth so much less than Fisker. They seem to be doing better in terms of revenue and profitability. I think the market is underestimating Polestar's potential.

I’m not saying polstar is overvalued, bc I haven’t looked it over in a few. But comparing it to those companies will automatically make it seem undervalued, rivian, fisker, lucid are all doing next to nothing and valued like they are doing everything. Just something to keep in minf

Volvo owns 49.5%, I think it’s like buying Volvo and they have the advantage of actually being a traditional car manufacturer with all the manufacturing expertise with additional funding from selling more shares on the market. I think they would be a far better option than lucid or Rivian but again it’s like buying a regular car company because you are buying Volvo.

Polestar is close to chinese ev valuations, and why? Cause its owned by chinese.

I don't think it's highly undervalued. I'd say it's fairly valued. RIVN and LCID are way overvalued. Very different.

I overheard that Hertz is planning to increase the number of Polestars the are buying.
I didn't know Polestar was publicly traded. I've started buying some shares.

Hasn’t polestar sold like a single car and produce like 1 car a month?

PSNY is a subsidiary of Volvo. Geely Holdings (a private Chinese company) owns 82% of Volvo. But Geely has a MC of only USD15B. Something doesn't make sense (Hint the Volvo and Polestar valuations are total BS).

Psny will get traction once it can prove that it can create reliable products (no major recalls) in the coming year, that it can sell through the recession and have a path toward increased output with the competition in mind and at lower price points or will they stick to cars close to 100k?

I will say I live in Norway and there are Polestars everywhere. Then again there are EVs everywhere so take it with a grain of salt.

They’re planning on opening plant in US but haven’t yet I believe. (Which means more $ needed to be spent ) It was a subsidiary of Volvo but sold to Chinese. But I think still made in Sweden or Norway??? Somewhere around there

I really like the Polestar cars. Roadster concept is really cool looking. And the new SUV they’ll be rolling out this yr or next yr?? But trying to fig out who owns it is really confusing. Subsidiary of Volvo and volvo bought by Geely. Which is a Chinese co. Privately held by Chinese billionaire. Polestar separated and went public ‘20 or .21… but most of the stock still held by volvo/Geely?? Polestar 2 made in China…polestar 3 will - supposedly- made in USA… headquartered in Sweden… wtf

I had a bit of PSNY stock thought it would pop with the announcement of their SUV, and then read that they’re still building manufacturing plants and wouldn’t be profitable for a few years. Sold my stock which I bought around $4.50, for around the same price or a bit higher figuring it would go to around $4, and then it skyrocketed to over $9. Now it’s above $5 and I think it’ll go a bit lower then I’ll buy. Lucid car prices are too high and I dint trust Fisker, he likes to take the $ and run

See a lot of Polestars in the Netherlands, spitting image of older Volvos, but electric. Don’t like the car but looks solid like Volvo

Yes! Something doesn’t add up! Volvo then spun off but Geely buys Volvo and owns stock in PSNY and P2 made in China. Headquarters in Sweden… I love how the P2 and P3 looks. Love the new SUV and omg the roadster concept is so cool so I’ll be buying the stock. Not a YOLO but a bit. With all the mfg plants that they want to build in the US imo they won’t be making a profit for awhile

I think Polestar could become a big player in the EV market but calm down dude you look kinda obsessed.

Still, it would be a nice gamble alongside investing.
