Download a trading app that allows you to have a play money account and start with that, for at least a year or two before you start, spend time in the forum's and use something like chat gpt to explain the terms you see people using to you. However, if you want to learn about the stock market and how to trade, I would recommend reading "The Intelligent Investor" by Benjamin Graham. As for trading platforms, there are many options out there but I personally use eTrade because it has no fees and is very user friendly.
