Yeah it always amazes me that people build multi billion dollar empires on top of someone else’s gate keeping. Like those two have been colluding to control big data for two decades now and they learned it from gates controlling operating systems in the 80s and 90s.

People talk about standard oil monopolies. The robber barons of the 20s had fuck all compared to the 3 companies that control the internet. At least we got Carnegie hall and rail roads out of their shenanigans. Flappy bird and fucking twitter don’t hit the same.

They cannot. It is too big. Big tech is getting railed in earning, they don’t have the firepower.
