As someone who got forced into United Healthcare through work: fuck UHC

I "upgraded" my plan in October during our renewal. Went to the pharmacy a month later & found out they denied my prescription

Called UHC, they told me I had no insurance & hung up.

Called my HR & she told me ~"yeeeah we've been having issues with them" (thanks for the heads up HR!)

Tried to call UHC back & their call center was closed

Called a diff ph#, the one where you can buy their insurance, oh they were still open alright. Customer service is just for people who haven't given them any money yet

Its now almost December & I still don't officially have insurance because, they told me I have to go through my company who then told me they're waiting on UHC.

I'm already out $500 on my last prescription, expecting to be out another $500 next month - just in time for Christmas! :D

So yeah, fuck those guys.

(obviously this means you should buy calls)

Oh for sure, they aren't blameless. They should've at least warned us there were issues

I still mostly blame UHC though, they should have everything they need so wtf don't I have insurance
