I googled “what companies use mark to market accounting” and Tesla, Chase and Bank of America came up along with an article about Enron using it. Maybe that search term will work for you.

I attended a speech by Andy Fastow shortly after he got out of prison. One of his quotes that’s stuck in my head was “Mark to market accounting is like crack. Not even once”

Well if you believe in a global recession, then you might want to look at companies using mark-to-marketing accounting methods.

Remember, winning a judgement in court is easy; collecting what is owed to you is far more difficult. (Quote from my creditors to my broke ass)
