They are too far behind to their competition it both market share and the quality of their product. Novavax was a 50/50 pass a year ago but the short pressure piled on. With no catalyst its a sinker, but big news? Possible squeeze

The fda reviewers were impressed with the data presented. But the recent publication out of Australia saying it is inferior to mRNA is a nail in the coffin.

You could extrapolate the nanoflu won't compare either.
