Interesting thing is that the legal case is driven by Aequitas Technologies LLC which is taking all the cost related to court and lawyer fees, which makes it easier for Neonode to drive the case forward and not to be "drowned by documents" by the giants. Although for a split share of 50% of the winnings if the case is decided in favor of Neonode.
