The data you have provided indicates that the market is bearish. This means that insiders are selling more than they are buying, which suggests that they believe the market will go down in the future.

Post holidays, pre earnings blackout.

Insider sales are not nearly as important as you think.

The VP of treasury at my company made the news for selling 50K of stock a few years back.... he bought a car.

When the market pumps, insider's dump! If smart money doesn't get smart, insider's or the company will sell/print shares

Especially when the stocks reach levels that far exceed current value

Guys please keep buying! Specifically calls! Bring that put/call ratio super low. No way things go bad. Lucid going to $50 by Friday.

All this lining up with an insane rally and FOMC preceded by strong economic data? I’m feeling good about the VIX calls I bought on Friday

18th of January, a price alarm woke me at 4am in the morning (in Germany was 03:00am) and on the DAX there was more activity in that 10 minutes than during the whole week. I think that was it for the long term investors of DAX to switch to bears but will see.
