Some jackass came through during the day and slashed tires of many people’s cars at the Suitland station, including mine. I was able to put on the spare, but I have to take my car this weekend and get new ones. I am so pissed. I dont even know if I should go back to that station tomorrow or go to a different one. Fucking sucks. Who knows if Metro police were even in the area.

That said, I doubt anybody is going to dig deep and check the cameras and track down this scofflaw.

file a police report, insurance will put it towards your deductible or take care of it based on your policy.

Yeah man thank you, Maybe a few months ago, during the summer, a woman had her whole car put on cinderblocks and they took all her tires. Its pretty crazy to me that people do this shit during the day. I dont think the parking garage has cameras either.

That is CRAZY. Please document this with your ANC. I would also highly suggest, you speak to a WMATA representative, and let them know this has had a negative impact on your desire to ride metro. Metro ridership is down, I suspect WMATA will take this situation seriously because negative experiences have an impact on dwindling ridership. In response, WMATA might increase police patrol.

Maryland doesn't have ANCs. Suitland is an unincorporated census-designated place in Prince George's County, so I'd guess the closest would be the county council.

yeah once I get my tires fixed im gonna start goijg to Branch Ave. I used to go there but i figured the train from Suitland was a shorter ride . But i dont wanna risk that again. so annoying.
