As I recall, you can just walk in. There's a public reception desk. Are you talking about their facility over by DuPont Circle?

Hi, thanks for the reply! I’m not familiar with the facility by the dupoint cafe since I have never been there. I was just hoping I could somehow make an appointment with them for a new passport. I have been trying to reach them over phone with no luck. I currently live 4 hours away so I am unable to check in person if I can schedule an appointment.
