Depends on how old/lifespan of the pool. Do you value having a pool? They'll add to your home owners insurance as well as the cost of maintenance. Are you ok with those costs?

Pools can be a ton of fun in the warmer months and if you like to host parties, having a pool is a nice bonus. Some of the best summer days for me are spent poolside with friends.

If the pool is in good shape and you'll enjoy it - leave it. If it needs a lot of work and you don't want the long-term costs & maintenance, fill it in.
