Thanks for the info, "Congryshinal Justificationz" was enough - I found some bogus documents that use the word "likelihood", which decision theorists DO NOT USE to quantify the uncertainty associated with a "possibility". Also the set of possibilities, even just from the way the redections are structured are not mutually exclusive and collectively exhaustive, so it's a bullshit document.
