Check out club Flash on Florida Ave, it’s my go to for dance music. 3 floors each with multiple DJs, I also recommend downloading the Resident Advisor app (RA). It’ll tell you about various DJs performing in your area it narrows it down to which state or country you’re in!

Not from DC but planning a trip early March. It seems like the edmtrain website also is a good source for event listing.

Don’t know how particular you are but FYI I’m seeing Soundcheck and Echostage recs—just know those are generally a lot more trance or dubsteppy than house.

Good musical deep or tech house would be Flash or depending on the night Eighteenth Street Lounge.

The Owl, ESL, Party at Noxys. For cheesier stuff, Soundcheck or Echostage

Echostage, Soundcheck, Flash, Owl Room, Nu Android. I think there are some more underground things, but I don't really follow that community much. But I think you can find events on instagram.

Zebbie’s Garden in DuPont Circle plays house music pretty consistently, from my experience.

Bossa Bistro in Addams Morgan has international music. Beautiful spot, delicious food.

Madams Organ similarly is great.

There’s a Latin spot farther down U st.

All the great places have sorta shut down due to the massive culture shift in our city and Covid. It super sucks. I’m not sure if Black Cat is still around or U at music hall. There used to be reggae halls. There used to be great dj spots. Le sigh. Here we are.
