I wonder if it has anything to do with the work life balance. Constant cancellation of days off, constant extended shifts, constant vacation day blackouts, shitty supervisor that are out to get you. Or maybe it has to do with all the criminals they are employing. How many have been arrested or prosecuted in the last year
