Ethiopian was always my go to. Used to go to the Eritrean cultural center at 6th and L NW but that was redeveloped. Big fan of Zenebech for Ethiopian.

Annandale for Korean and bingsoo dessert. Eden center for Vietnamese.

We just went to Cranes for my husband’s birthday—it was an incredible treat with some flavor combos I’d never had before. I loved the fact that everything felt new and fresh but nothing was so outside my comfort zone that I couldn’t enjoy it.
