Hello. I’ve had creepy encounters with the same guy between Fort Totten and Union Station three times this last week. First time, he was just staring at me until he got off at FT. Next morning, I see him come up from behind me at Union Station asking me if I was single. He went away when I said no and I thought that might be the end of it. This morning, I was walking out of US and again saw him come up behind me and say hi. I waited for him to walk in front of me and then took some other roads on my walk to work. Hopefully I won’t see him again but just posting here to see if anyone has had a similar experience/to warn others.
He’s a younger black man about 5’6” with red/pinkish hair
