I grew in Oxon Hill, MD. Joe was used almost like moe is used now. Even Wale uses joe in the song Bait. I know I am older 80-90s kid. Just curious when moe became popular and joe phased out because it's almost like joe never existed.

Early 2000s What a golden Era of time that was. New balance 992's and solbiato was all the craze. When gogo bands roamed all 4 quadrants and parts of pg County. I feel like carryouts where much better back then. A time where people living in a metro city wore thousand dollar north face Himalayan suits.
