Hi! So I’ve noticed on the metro over the past year a few instances where one of the folks with all the perfume/cologne sprays walk slyly up and down the train squirting a little bit of their sprays in corners and on people. They try to be sneaky and under the radar, and I just don’t understand what the goal is… if they were trying to sell it, wouldn’t it make more sense to loudly announce/spray it?

Anyone have any insight?

Never saw them spray it but maybe they are worried about getting cited or in trouble with people who hate scents.

Always quiet and never seen them speaking.

Could have used them on the #10 bus yesterday.

Just know that you're getting slugged if you spray anything directly on me. Who TF do people think they are? Might as well be spitting on somebody.

A person wandering the train spraying an unknown substance on other passengers in an underground tube without their consent during rush hour…sounds lovely.
