I've been to D.C. a half dozen times or so, but this was my first time being there for the cherry blossoms! Despite the crowds, it was spectacular to see.

Nope! Crowds weren’t too crazy on weekdays. On Sunday it was nuts though!! Couldn’t even really get much as the crowds were so intense. Still amazing to see.

Tidal Basin. Just south of the national mall.

Yep! A walk around the basin will get you lots of different angles on the monuments/memorials and cherry blossoms!

I believe Stumpy lives in that cluster to the right of the memorial right by the water.

Stumpy is stumpy because that part floods alot, which is bad for Stumpy.
