That's actually where my friend and I were thinking! She lives in Cap but worried her street wouldn't get many visitors. My question is -- with Hilloween tonight, do you think there will still be trick or treaters on Monday evening? TIA!!

There will be thousands. Minivans will pull up and costumed youth will jump our both sides like a SWAT team. You'll have fun.
