I do. Jo-Ann Armao is the editor covering local politics. If you think all 16 editors and associate editors write editorials, I admire your naïveté. Here is some background for you: https://dcfordemocracy.org/2020/10/06/why-washington-post-local-endorsements-cannot-be-trusted/

Okay that article says: “since this blogpost was published, the Washington City Paper revealed that Armao is a registered as an independent.” So not a Republican?

And it also says: “The Post delegates its local endorsements largely to one person, Jo-Ann Armao, a Republican* who lives in Montgomery County.” On what basis is this statement being made?

This is literally crazy uncle sharing fake news on Facebook tier sourcing.

EDIT: She literally penned an article defending Planned Parenthood in 2015: https://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/post-partisan/wp/2015/07/15/dont-rush-to-judge-planned-parenthood/ . You’re just blatantly spreading textbook misinformation.

She also voted for Hillary Clinton: https://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/post-partisan/wp/2016/11/08/win-or-lose-clinton-has-done-something-remarkable/ . I mean cmon this is all easily provable.
