I own a townhome in DC, (EOTR, so it actually rents for less than some 1 bedrooms in Navy Yard, ha), and I’ve decided to fire my property manager after multiple issues.

Renters and landlords, can you guys recommend some other PMs here in the district ? I don’t need anything crazy, but I do need a PM that will be responsive to repair requests and that can list my property.

We used Squire for a number of years.

They aren't the most quick to reply and their contractors are generally expensive, but they did find and manage tenants; which is saying something I guess.

Had a terrible experience with Scout as a renter, which ended up costing the owner a bunch of money when I pointed out Scout wasn't making required repairs.
