I wonder what forms of ID count for DC resident. Specifically, could my daughter use her AU ID and a copy of her rental agreement?

I can’t imagine they would be too strict about it, but I would call and ask.

Well, worst case scenario she pays $10-$15. She doesn’t bat and eye at using my credit card for that at Starbucks, so… 🤪

I went with a friend today and they accepted a utility bill (on her phone) with her name and address along with a non-DC photo ID to verify that the bill is hers.
