Colonial village in Courthouse:

• is non-smoking
• was built in the 40s and made to be bomb proof, with hella thick walls
• is garden-style, so kind of a chiller college-esqe vibe
• 2 metro stops from dc
• $1800 rent for a lot of space (people comment on it)

I moved here specifically to have some peace and quiet.

Not dog-free though, there are lots of dogs here.
