Domestic flights it will take about 30 min-45 minutes. Most of that time is spent walking to the baggage area. Dulles is a massive airport.

Dang. Would there be any internet shuttles within the airport? Or any other electric cars?

There are internal shuttles (you actually can’t walk straight from gate to baggage claim from the gates anymore) but there’s still usually a long walk on either end.
