Pretty straight forward process:

1. identify your current age.

2. subtract that number from 21.

3. take that result and multiply by 365

4. multiply by 24

5. subtract 16 and go to bed and sleep for that many hours per 24 hour period.

6. go to bar.

Get on the silver metro line, and stay on it for about 45 minutes towards Ashburn. There you can take a vehicle called an airplane to a country that allows drinking at 20.

There may be European countries where the age is 18. If you are a dual-citizen you could ask an embassy. I used to get into clubs underage, but I never went because my friends didn't get in. There are way better things to do with your limited time here than get "shitfaced". Try the museums, theatre, arenas, discussion groups, nightclubs, shopping, and enjoying the singles.
