My friend and I wanted to do a day spa experience. Ideally getting a massage/scrub and spending the day there. Balian is closer but I’ve heard some so-so reviews. Recommendations?

Ive been to Spa World (on the guy's side). Its a nice spa and the big pools are absurdly relaxing.
That said I've kinda cooled on Spa World recently - there has been a significant influx of overtly expressive PDA in the public bathing areas. Im not a big fan of open PDA - be it heterosexual or otherwise. In addition, from what I have been told, apparently the police were called out to SW in the past week or two owing to a groping incident involving a minor.
On top of that Spa World has gotten very, very popular and the bathing area / sauna room loads are so high that its becoming quite unrelaxing.

King Spa over Spa world, I've been to both and much prefer King Spa. The massages at King Spa are unreal, their employees are super skilled.

Is king spa nude only or do you wear swimsuits?

There's a small nude section, but there is a larger mixed gender section that requires swimsuits.

Spa world is nice. My wife was there yesterday. I was there about a month ago. Recommend getting there early.

I reallly liked Balian but because it’s cold go elsewhere. The rooftop pool at Balian was the highlight of my stay.
