My boyfriend and I, originally from Portland, are visiting our family over NYE (thanks to the ice storm that pushed our trip further into the new year than we were hoping). We had plans to go to a NYE event in Seattle that had a lot of seafood dishes.

Is there anything like that happening in/around DC for NYE?
