I think there's some big days in February with like 10ish countries. Not really sure if there's even a easy way to watch them all.

Your best bet will probably be with gay bars. I know Uproar was showing it a few years ago.

unfortunately i doubt any local bars are gonna be playing the national finals. maybe you could find a private party showing the MGP final though?

Across The Pond does a viewing party in May every year, you can make reservations about a week in advance.

No chance anywhere will be showing national finals or would even be able to. Best bet is to stream those at home
