There are a bunch of parking garages south of M street in Georgetown.
If they wanna spend money, they can valet at Fiola Mare.

Bistro Aracosia is our favorite restaurant in DC and has easy street parking—and little to no traffic, aside from getting through the one Georgetown intersection after coming over the bridge. There is one or two other restaurants in that area as well.

Which is bizarre; it's easier to get to SE from Alexandria than NW, and Eastern Market is easy to get into and out of from 295/395.
