I created a visitor pass through the ParkDC permits website. My visitor had their car parked during the designated time and came out today to find a small tag with 6 red digits on it in the windshield. No ticket or anything. I will post a pic in the comments. Not the same medium as a ticket, its thick like cardstock. Anyone know what this is??
