Pow Pow is a pretty good fast casual Asian restaurant with two locations (Franklin Square) and H Street (N/E) corridor. I've only been to the Franklin Square outlet, I am not a vegetarian and really enjoyed it.

They also run Bubbie's Plant Burgers which is vegan and kosher as well
