Recommendations for Happy Hour in DC for single people?

I’m looking for a bar where people actually want to converse and maybe flirt haha. It would be nice to have a spot during the week instead of waiting for Friday to find other drunk single people. F23 for reference if it matters. (Sorry if this has been asked before I couldn’t find anything!)

barcelona on 14th usually is a spot for that. green zone in admo. jane jane nearby can sometimes be like that. maybe dleña down on k as well. ive met cool ppl at madams organ during weeknights (wouldnt go on a weekend). service bar on sunday can be fun. annnnnnnd public bar has salsa class and dancing after on wednesday.

despite the many naysayers, i think dc’s dating scene is grand. cheers.

Wow I thought dlena was just an upscale restaurant. But the bar/lounge is a good spot?

I liked Lyles. Nice intimate vibe and appropriate noise level to have a conversation. Although im not sure if they have happy hour. Maxwell Park also fits the bill.
