If you came from somewhere so close, is there anyone you could stay with back in MD? Can you travel to former providers in MD since it is nearby, to get stabilized?

Since you can see providers nearby in MD with insurance coverage, maybe look into going back there to get stabilized. It could be where you are from or a close in transit accessible area like Silver Spring.
