Do check the activity for that account: it was created in last September but become active in last 3 days, each comment almost same "size" of one to three sentences max and a lot starts with "Looks like". And it has no participation elsehwhere beside worldnews

Russia using nuclear weapons guarantees a NATO intervention in Ukraine and Russia has been proven to not be a military superpower so the last thing they want is to drag NATO into the conflict which would guarantee a Russian defeat
