As the article points out, this is in fact his second visit to Ukraine since the war begun. Last one was in April.

Putin is too powerful? What? Nonsense. He’s not Superman. In fact quite the opposite, there’s no way he’s surviving this politically. In the worst case, there’s nowhere on Earth to hide from American bombers, even underground or in a mountain. Putin is nothing but a simple measly despot.
