Yup. War tends to bring people together. Plus the uncomfortable fact that most crime is done by men, and most of the men are fighting or have required jobs (which means low chance of criminality)

Your refusal to accept reality is your problem. Find me a crime stat from any country saying women commit more crime. You won’t. Men are also overwhelming the victim of crime too

Men are the stereotypical providers in most of the world. If a crime has to be committed it'd be the provider doing it.
