That's all fine for Finland, but in order to join NATO they will need a unanimous approval among all NATO members, and I'm not sure if the Turkish are on board yet.

They seem to be onboard, but it should be noted that their parliament needs to approve the bill before they're officially over the line, which is still a few weeks away most likely.
