In the article, Russia condemned Kyiv’s push against the UOC as an outrage and a crime.

I have only this to say, "F*ck you Russia. You have no f*cken right to complain when you have committed war crime and crime against humanity."

Be happy Ukraine have not closed down all orthodox church and expelled all priests back to Russia.

Well if religion is turning to propaganda and or incitement then it's no longer religious, it's political and possibly criminal depending on the country the church resides.

Since when is propaganda a crime?

Since Russia attacked Ukraine and the clergy decided to be political not religious and spout the attacker's views and or given aide to such attackers.

Propaganda to incite violence or take over can be considered a crime, it goes beyond basic free speech.

Freedom of Religion is used as a veil for “Diplomatic Immunity”. The Russian Orthodox Church is well known to just be an extension of the FSB in foreign countries.
