Ukrainian air defenses seem to be getting better every day; a source this morning (which I sadly don’t have at hand now) said Ukrainians had shot down all missiles incoming to Kyiv except four or five.

On the other hand, Russia is said to be running low on precision stockpiles.

If my understanding is correct, strikes like today’s are not going to arrive for much longer.

Apparently Putin is down to recruiting HIV positive prisoners and using tanks from the middle of the last century. This war exposed Russia as anything but a superpower.

This is the best tl;dr I could make, original reduced by 85%. (I'm a bot)

> Ukraine says power and water supply across the country has been badly hit after Russia launched more than 50 missiles targeting critical facilities.

> On Monday morning, missile strikes were also reported in the central Vinnytsia region, as well as Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhzhia in the south-east, and Lviv in western Ukraine.

> In neighbouring Moldova, the authorities reported that a missile shot down by Ukraine fell in the "Northern end of the town of Naslavcea" near the border with Ukraine.
