What happened to the story about the missile strike site's coordinates being a mixture of Kyiv and Lviv coordinates?

Russia wasn't testing any boundaries (not that they don't usually). The missiles were Ukrainian air-defense missiles. It was an accident, but still the fault of the russians. As we were talking about the missiles that hit a Polish village killing two people.
