seems like China could just drop their opposition to Russia using nuclear weapons. I'm sure Russia and China could set up a business deal to help upgrade Russia's nuclear arsenal, for the right price or raw material.

Yes it is, I'm merely saying the West should signal that it may need to start considering it. It sends a clear signal to China. If China doesn't change any of its support for Russia after that the West can start small and begin ramping them up.

When Ukraine, with the support of the West, finishes off Russia, the next country for military assistance should be the democratic guerrillas in Burma.
