Anything this group comes out with is not legally binding. So just as toothless as any UN non-binding resolution.

Putin and Russian leadership convicted in absentia and that will be it so long as Putin remain hunkered down in lavish bunker in Moscow.

Soviet Era whataboutism? So you think that slim Kissinger doesn’t belong up with on the list with the likes of Putin? And Bush own illegal war based in a false justification? “Oh, we are denazifying Ukraine cause it’s got Nazis!” “Oh, we are invading Iraq cause they got weapons of mass destruction!”

Yh, fuck off with your own selective treatment whataboutism. We should send all these scum bags to the gallows. Oh but we can’t cause half of them are on our side.

What I think is that's not on the topic of discussion here. And that shouting random topics from the nosebleeds in the back, that are connected only in your mind serves nothing in relation to this topic or your own.

Sorry, remind me... What is "legally binding" at the international level?

And who are you going to complain if some country reneged on their promises? The "lord of all the countries in the world" maybe?

To be clear, might makes right at that level, whether the might is economy or military - but basically a threat of breaking their country nose.
