For real if you manage to screw up a casino you should never run a business again. How bad of a businessman do you have to be to do that? Didn't that happen to a certain former president of the US, that his casino went bankrupt?

Casinos are gross and depressing. But if I was Liechtenstein and still wanted the income, I would do what they do in Singapore. Locals have to pay a high entry fee to gamble but tourists can gamble without paying the entry fee.
