Evidently, they were being slaughtered in reviews of their parking rules (payment with app only). One of them is right outside the main level entrance to Whole Foods. The other two are further down the street. Hooray for some sanity!

Some people complained that they'd come back to their cars and there'd be some kind of ticket on it.

Yeah, those were fake tickets. If you read the fine print, you'd see they were just reminders that they were strongly suggesting you pay, not that they were required of enforceable in any way.

I never understood why ppl were upset. It was literally free parking because I never saw anyone come around for tickets.

The gates are open to enter and leave so I will oblige and do that ...

Supposedly, they started sending people bills for the parking. Haven't confirmed that.
