As someone with both low iron levels AND hypothyroidism - hard agree! I am a lizard person like OP. My fiancé generates so much damn heat when he sleeps, and I still have to have an insulated sleeping bag on top of my side of the blanket to stay warm, and even then my toes are still freezing. I just cannot make my own body heat 🤷♀️
