Fave that is actually an interstate would be 476 north of the tunnel. 99 is also great. Because I don't live there and drive it maybe once every few years, the highways through downtown Pittsburgh are visually impressive and I don't mind the traffic. I'd probably be more jaded and dock more points for congestion if I drove them daily. Great non-interstates but still main highways include 322 Harrisburg to State College, US-6 for almost its entirety across the state.
