Is their no way to determine how well a teacher is doing by trying to gauge or determine what level of learning was attained by students based on test scores and other indicators of increased proficiency, . If a teacher puts together a great impactful lesson plan that results in increased engagement, maybe, or increased production of students with respect to their work in a class.

Do you not think it’s able to be determined whether a teacher failed or helped their students?
