Same! I'm Catholic but I believe that it doesn't necessarily have to be the Abrahamic God that could of created our existence. That same description of "God" can be attributed to anything greater than us. That's just my personal belief. I don't knock on anyone's beliefs because when it comes down to discussing that topic, there is never going to be "concrete proof"...my ideology is no more verifiable than yours & I respect that. Always nice to have a civil debate about that but people get too heated I notice. My friend is agnostic and we use to discuss things back and forth pleasantly.

It's so hard for me to comprehend all that happening only here on earth. Here comes into play personal beliefs but I just find it hard to believe that life is so rare in this universe that we happened by chance under the perfect conditions and that it was a 1x thing

To have our universe be just some part of something bigger than what we consider infinite....thoughts that keep me awake.

Waves of fear no doubt. What's even scarier 2 me is what if our universe has a definite shape & size so pretty much we're literally in something that has form....if that makes sense

Chaotic it would be! I think I would want it to end fast just cuz of the sheer panic I would feel if watching something happen that was a Earth changing event. I always picture that movie 2012 & imaging seeing that in real time. Instant heart failure from fear.

No doubt! Just puts a bleak look on the future if was true!!

Space is unpredictable tho so it's always a what if scenario that flusters me into panic mode

Everyday I keep on moving !!! I have bad anxiety with really I guess self induced panic attacks via thoughts I have lolol

I find it hard to comprehend that something was always just here. Came from nothing, just always been here, and has shit happening inside of it which life came into existence.

Are we really safe tho?? I get panicky when I think about our atmosphere burning away, magnetic poles shifting, and the likes of an encounter with another intelligent life form that would put the planet on Martial Law. These are just my random thoughts this morning. Anxiety meds gone kick in soon.

Appreciate this reply! The thought of what if our "universe" isn't really even a "universe"? What if it's only a "universe" to us because we don't know any better. It would be like if our universe was in actuality a galaxy....

The thought that I'm literally on a rock in space, spinning superbly fast while also spinning superbly fast around a star that's literally gas......this morning has been rough lol

Another thought of mine that breaks me mentally is that there is multiple Universes where infinite possibilities are playing out....

Isn't it?? This is just crazy how short of a time we have been around compared to the age of the universe and/or Earth....another thought that will keep me awake or make me double up on my anxiety medication is that everything was just by chance...

This does make me feel better. It was just a random thought that occurs to me here & there which makes me panic. Just the thought that there is something outside the universe makes me panic. To find out that this infinite isn't really infinite would be absolutely crazy. I appreciate your answer tho!
