Might help if you put at least a budget when asking for opinions. Any other important factors? Do you have children and want to know about schools? What would be too long of a commute for you?

A good tool is Smart Asset - NJ. They’ll give you a rough estimate of your take home pay after taxes. Note this doesn’t include health insurance, STD, 401k, etc.

Without knowing your background and career and stuff, there’s no way to tell you whether or not you’re able to reach a higher salary and to what. A job recruiter or other professional may be helpful with that aspect and as far as how to manage your money, you can look into a professional financial advisor as well.

Did you pay the $11 for the replacement ID? Updating address online is free, replacement ID is about $11. There is absolutely no need to go in person, just request a replacement ID. Additionally, if you have a receipt for the ID charge, you can always reach out to ask. They say it should be mailed out to you within 10 business days, so maybe they were slow and got it sent out recently and you should be receiving it soon?

I don’t live in a development that has many people participate so I take my kids to their grandparents to trick or treat in theirs. In the past I had left a bowl out with some treats and barely anything was taken.

Now I just wait until the after holiday deals to snag a bag for myself and fiancé.

The biggest issue is finding a job that pays adequately which leads to bigger competition when landing a position that does.

You want an applicant to have a BS or higher, minimum 7 years experience, proficient in all these hard skills, but you are only offering $45k? Yeah, no. That’s not a labor shortage, people just realized they can’t work for pennies anymore.
